Sara Shamra’s journey as a yoga teacher began in 2011 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she discovered her deep passion for sharing yoga as a path toward strength, clarity, balance, and inner transformation.
After returning to Lebanon, Sara continued developing her teaching path and has been actively guiding students ever since. Since 2021, she has been teaching at Maison Usha and Healatets, helping students build flexibility, mindfulness, strength, and deeper body awareness. More recently, she has also been teaching at Healates, continuing to share her experience with a growing wellness community.

RYT 200-Hour Yoga Education Certification
Sara Shamra completed the Basic Teachers’ Training Course — 200 Hours in Yoga Education through The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India. This certification strengthened her foundation in yogic concepts, teaching methodology, breathwork, alignment, and traditional yoga practice.
